                                  Cooking Shrimp & Grits with Jaya         As you probably could have guessed, the Shrimp & Grits recipe reigns from the south. It's a traditional favorite to South Carolina & Georgia. It's just not enjoyed at breakfast but can be devoured for lunch & dinner as well. We hail from North Carolina, and I can tell you while we may didn't cook Shrimp & Grits we often had Grits, Liver-mush & Eggs.
